Realised as elegant minimalism, this house was conceived to be a simple open form extending from front door to north facing living space and balcony. A light filled central space which opens and grows from the door toward the sun and views is surrounded with other functions around the edges of the main living space. With a folded roof form expressed in the ceiling of the main space, morning light floods through the house and links the interior to the large entertaining northern deck.
